Transforming through nature — finding your natural self
A rites-of-passage psychotherapy practice using nature as the container for deep transformational work. Grounding spiritual growth in clinical understanding.

A holistic framework to connect with your inner guidance
I was trained to listen at different levels — to bring a more holistic understanding of what might be happening, and what you might need. My orientation is integrative-transpersonal: psychodynamic, humanistic and spiritual lenses held together.
Combining clinically-informed psychotherapy with a naturalistic way of working with nature, flower essences and divination guide the psyche towards balance.
The Levels of Self
Our true potential, beyond the fears and limited view of ourselves — something bigger, wiser, more powerful.
The conscious personality, ego and personal self — the contact point and our agent of change.
The unconscious — where 95% of our thoughts and decisions are made, and where the deep material rests.

“Nature is an incomparable guide, if you know how to follow her”
The Process
The Process
Finding the Clay
A six-session assessment — clinical history, the inner map through divination, and understanding the prima materia we are working with.
Clearing the Ground
Looking at the life situation, clearing away what does not serve you. Feeling ready to deepen the therapeutic process, letting it take root.
Creating the Circle
Creating sacred space, developing a daily practice and a place of stillness from which the deeper work can emerge.
Vision Quest
The Hero's Journey — separation, initiation and return — through nature immersion and deep inner work.
Integration — Returning to Life
Creating structure and a daily routine, trusting the path, and acting on the vision — your True North.
